Hey Sidecar fans!  We have just updated our menu to it’s sexiest yet.  Come in and enjoy some candied bacon fried pig cheeks… or a vegan cannellini bean ragout… or the best dessert in town – sidecar’s version of churros.  We’ll see you this weekend!

 

Soup

Truffled celery root, smoked olive oil. $6

Appetizer

Fried brussels sprouts, duck fat aïoli, bleu cheese, saba, thyme. $8

Roasted beets, apple crème fraîche, fennel, toasted filberts. $8

Candied bacon fried pig cheeks, grilled meyer lemons, quince apple gel, micro radish. $9

Pork and foie gras terrine, pickled calamondin lemons, wild mushroom escabeche, grilled bread. $10

Yellowtail crudo: celery leaf salsa, de arbol chili, pea tendrils, watermelon radish, popcorn shoots. $10

Salad

Lacinato kale, pistachio, pomegranate, fuyu persimmon, sunchokes and sage honey vinaigrette. $8

Burrata, rapini, orange sesame ash, pickled oyster mushrooms, fennel top pesto, black mustard “caviar.” $10

Entrée

Sidecar Burger:  Hearst Ranch beef, bacon-maple ketchup, house smoked mozzarella, bok choy kimchi, and local lettuces. $13

Carraway braised pig cheeks, quince parsnip puree, wilted chicories, pig demi. $18

Cannellini bean ragout, chantrelles, artichoke confit, burdock and horseradish salsa verde. $18

Herb marinated half chicken, autumn panzanella salad, quince apple mostarda. $18

Rustic fish stew: halibut, littleneck clams, smoked olives, house sausage, saffron and dill. $21

Dessert

Churro, horchata ice cream, cinnamon mole, cajeta. $7
